Middle Man

Having decided to have an extension built on to my house, I was informed by the local authorities that water pipes ran under the site and they would have to be exposed, inspected and protected. This video shows some of the steps involved. The guy in the yellow jacket is the inspector from the local water company. @solas2009 yellow nr plates on the rear of the vehicles would suggest it was northern ireland,the type of architecture supports this too.as for yer man in the wine coloured jumper-who else would cut bulk bags open with a wood saw??
