@MrGoodNKinky The vast majority of historians who have actually done research, not just on the Internet, believe Jesus did exist. There are a few who dispute it but it is generally agreed he did exist. But I suppose you must have more materials and know how available to you than actual scholars?

You are clearly only talking about CHRISTIANS!

No Historian from as early as the 1800's considered Jesus Christ to be a Historical Figure!

Christians still try to use Josephus as an eye witness even though it was PROVEN his book Antiquities of the Jews Volume 18 Chapter 3 Section 3 was NOT written by him but was in fact Christian FRAUD!

There are Multiple reasons for this.

1. Is in that book Josephus uses the word ROMANS 14 times! The word Gentiles only appears once!

In Chapter 4 he goes back to using ROMANS!

Additionally a JEW wouldn't have called him the Christ as that is a RELIGIOUS TITLE which means Messiah! A JEW wouldn't believe in such!

Additionally if there would have been as claimed TEN THOUSAND other wonderful things WHY does Josephus spend far more time talking about a SEX SCANDAL in Section 4 then on those Wonderful things?

And FYI in All of the 18 VOLUMES of the Antiquities of the Jews by Josephus the story of Jesus is only in One TINY paragraph which was proven to be FRAUD!

Think about it in 18 VOLUMES Josephus himself NEVER wrote about a God man Jew?

If you want to make claims of those Great Scholars how about NAMING THEM!

And to clarify, they were not common in his time and place. Last names are largely seen in ancient Rome and the far east in ancient times.

@MrGoodNKinky Your information is incorrect. I will assume you are badly quoting James Strange in saying there was no Nazareth until 300 ad. This is not what he said. It is not mentioned in Jewish literature until 300 ad which notes a lack of prominence or importance. Archaologist have found settlements in the valley dating back to 9000 bc.

The skimpy information contained in the Baraitas is as follows: Rabbi Yehoshua ben Perachyah once repelled Yeishu with both hands. People believed that Yeishu was a sorcerer and they considered him to be a person who had led the Jews astray.

As a result of charges brought against him (the details of which are not known, but which probably involved high treason) Yeishu was stoned and his body hung up on the eve of Passover.

The Biggest problem with Rabbi Yehoshua ben Perachyah is he was around in c. 100 B.C.E.

There was another Yeishu ben Pandeira also known as Yeishu ha-Notzri.

It is important to note that Yeishu ha-Notzri is not an historical Jesus since modern Christianity denies any connection between Jesus and Yeishu and moreover, parts of the Jesus myth are based on other historical people besides Yeishu.

You are simply LYING about having a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with a Jesus
