I have been drifting for about 5.5 years now. The nitro drift, I will tell you is a pain in the arse. The tires he is drifting on here are HPI Type As. The group that I founded (One Ten Drift Network) tried them with electric power and it is doable but the car is too fast and not much fun. I would try ABS tires first (they are better for practice and cheap beyond words) and then choose what you want next. I prefer Drifter Street Tires (Suspect brand in Britian).

@xsiteskatepark1 probably switch to drift wheels, cuz touring makes it go fast, not more driftable, and u will have to glue the diffs on each side to make the wheels not be available to go opposite ways, i just tell you what to do, when ur actually gonna do it, i prefer search it up on youtube :)

is it possible to drift a normal rc car cuz i have just ordered a normal nissan skyline gtr r35 rc car and i was wondering if it was possible to learn how to drift it ?

I still prefer electris though. Just because its more easy and controlable. But still its a fast car.

thats how its fucking done right their! this makes electric look sad and pittifull lol i have an electric tc4 and it couldnt do that without spending 150 for the high torque motor/esc and even at that id prolly burn it up lol if a nitro over heats all you got to do is replace the piston and sleev pow!!!! im ready to go, just add more fuel....... tunning isnt hard.

@76nensy that car is an " HPI RS4 drift3 " and you can pick one up at your local hobby shop or on line for about $375 us...
