If you read the first few pages of SB1070, you'll see that it both conforms to the Constitution and has measures to prevent racial profiling. There are only 2 reasons that people oppose SB 1070: illegals because they don't want to be punished for their crime and deported, and liberals oppose it because they want to seem like the good guys to illegal immigrants and get their votes. I challenge someone to try and prove me wrong.
