This outlook is completetly wrong. There is NO demand. And it's not fixable, other than by war, unfortunatley. These so-called overpaid experts, who have never held a spade in their lives or run a business are continually wrong. They keep interferring and making everything so much worse. Expedient politicians cause central banks to print and lend money to give the appearance that all is still holding together just to maintain themselves in power for a long as possible.
