Wicked. Thats the answer I've been looking for regarding H.I. workouts vs. longer, more drawn out workout regimes that focus on one muslce or muscle group, as opposed to full body workouts.
Very infomative. Thanks very much.

Interval running. Jogging with small spurts of sprinting. Jog for 30 seconds then sprint for 15 then back to joggoing. Do that for about 15 minutes

Would jogging burn fat?

mmmm that looks lie a stake
The "AfterBurn Effect" is just raising your metabolism. Your basically doing your normal weight's (So heavy if you do heavy) But with veeeery little to no rest time. You want to be fast, but intense. It's basically HIIT, High Intnsity Interval Training. All it is is doing compound movements (movements that uses more than one muscle). Bench. Squats. Deadlifts. Rows. That's all you need to know. But regardless it's all about intensity. Go hard or don't go at all.
Your Welcome.
