THANK YOU. A lot of people say the same advice over and over, like "just don't do it" or eat it its okay just eat it super slow, which obviously doesnt work and draws out the guilt.
Another suggestion specifically is if you are craving sweets, fresh blueberries stuck in the fridge so their cold do it for me. just grab a thing and go crzy and life is still ok.
