DDs assertion that WLC takes the argument for thesim to the cosmos because "mind boggling reason" seems more plausable their is ridiculous and fallcious. As DD states it is mind boggling he is thereby stating he dosnt know what is at the end of the universe, yet, he is willing to commit to atheism...but still admit that the cosmos is mind boggling...if it is mind oggling surely anything is possible in that scenario.

DD is forgetting the grounds WLC works on.

WLC is not trying to prove god excists or convert people in his debates to convince them god exists. (if the later happens so be it)

He only wants to show that Theism is a reasonable worldview, and he shows it with good argument. And in doing this he has to show that Atheism is not a good worldview.

Nothing more.

@ZOGcorp You need to read the sources. What sources have you read? I mean which ancient sources. Tell me the sources you've read and dismissed. I'm asking you this awkward question because if you are that convinced that Jesus was a science fiction character, you must be familiar with and have dismissed the best evidences for someone named Jesus being crucified by the Romans who some came to follow. Let's go over some of them. Or do you not have the faintest clue what the evidences are?

Nope, sorry. There's absolutely no historical or archaeological evidence that "Jesus Christ" was historical. In fact, all the details of Jesus' alleged "life" in the NT gospels are copied from Old Testament stories.

And you're just making an appeal to authority, which is a logical fallacy. And his name is "Ehrman", not "Ermen".
