My God, Matt can break your heart. He's SUCH a fine actor. I'm so very glad he's back on Days, and can hardly wait for more J&J. Bless them, the best couple ever, and I'm beginning to think the new writers may be capable of giving them the story lines they deserve. At least, I live in hope....

When I say the moment in the scene where Jack tells Frankie "You're the only man I've ever been jealous of." I thought "Wow, Days writers really didn't do their research."
Besides Frankie, there was Emilio, Lawrence, Hawk, Brian, Austin, Peter, Brandon, Colin, Patrick...Jack was ALWAYS threatened by any guy. And some stupid dork was always falling for her . I don't know of any other Days heroine who was so constantly pursued by other guys - no matter what her marital status.

Yeah, he's definitely aged and is a lot thinner, I also think they put more eye makeup on him back then...but also keep in mind that Matt Ashford has a daughter who was very sick with cancer for a lot of her young childhood and is partially blind...he hasn't had a stress-free life. That's got to age you. Although I still think he's a very handsome man.

Well, keep in mind time has passed. Matt's well into his 40s now. Plus he was made up to look like he was dying.

2005 was the worst year for Jack himself and Jack and Jennifer as a couple. BAAAAAAD stories. But he still sold it.
