What a bunch of BS!! What are they suppossed to do? Let an illegal alien drive off illegally. Like they're ever going to show up in court. Not only should their vehicle be impounded, but the illegal person should be shipped back to Mexico at the same time. The cars should be sold at auction to offset some of this cost!!!
