These type of toilets are slowly being replaced by western toilets. We came across a handfull in China - this one on a train.

yeah what if you have like diarrhea, the one where its like 60% water and the rest corn and un-digested chilies and what not. ya know nothing solid, is it gonna just slat all over the place?

Butts get dirty from pee straying on their cheeks. when u sit on a toilet. so that how butts get dirty.

I'm chinese and I went ot China and I have to use toilets like these. My relatives said its cleaner than toilet seat when dirty butts touch the toilet seats.
