thank you ! It helped me a lot. But I have a question, what if binary codes are in my test.txt file and I want to convert each into decimal and the output will be save in another .txt file?

im trying to read in 2 columns of data into 2 different arrays, i can only work out how to read in one column and if i put a second column of data in the.txt file the program crashes. Any ideas what i could do?

doesnt work.. no errors, but no text from the file is recieved. i used exactly the same way as you in the video, every word is the same.

Hey do you think that visual C++ 2008 has almost the same coding as regular C++?
