Hey Nice stuff-

Just wondering... you stop hitting your hihat when you hit your snare...I wanted to know your reason for that...i do that and have noticed nashville drummers doing it...My reason is because then you eliminate any flammage between the snare and hit....is that your reason? Thanks

You can groove no matter what color you are. It's just about tapping into the groove. I could easily feel the same way about being a female drummmer but I approach the drums JUST AS A DRUMMER not a female drummer...the same with regards to race. keep on groovin'.
