That CPU pll is way too high. You could probably bring it down to 1.7 and reduce temps. If anything you should just keep it at 1.8 unless you know you need the extra juice, but probably not.

Good clock, but the reason your temperature is at 80c is because I think you have over 1.4 voltage on the CPU, if you haven't lowered that down as far as it will go and you are able to you will get better temps. 80c is fine, a bit high, but as long as it's only 80c when you are stressing. Otherwise it will likely max like 70 in real time if that. I got mine at 4.2 without hyperthreading with 1.28v under a Megahalems. Max temp around 65c. So I got a pretty good chip.

it seems that 4.2ghz is the limit for the i7 930. i mean i can get over 4.2ghz but its just not stable no matter how much i up the CPU voltage..

@JpeltakaCyberBeast yea i bought another 120mm antec fan,damn thing fitted but not once i installed my aftermarket cpu cooler! so i took it off and placed it inside where there is a spare slot(fits just behind the graphics card)

no i bought the side fan. its a cooler master rifle bearing for $11 @ micro center
