eagle talon jumps off side of dyno after hitting 400whp, one of the straps holding it on the dyno was melted by the external waste gate

@afr126 "one of the straps holding it on the dyno was melted by the external waste gate" and snapped when he lifted off the gas, as cars tend to violently lurch when you get off the gas all the sudden.
