That logo[seen from 0:03-0:08 and again from 0:15-0:16]would mark the final logo banner of "NewsCenter 6". That logo design came out in 1993 and ended in 1998. The news theme came out in 1993, and ended in 1996.

I remember this. This is when I was in high school. Liz Bishop is still working at channel 6.
