I GOT GTA SAN AND I KNOW THAT THE HOVERCRAFT ISND A GHOST ITS HOVERING ON THE SAND I WAS AT A OTHER PLACE AND IT AUTO HOVERD AWAY ...BUT ONLY ON SAND SO DUMMY ITS MOVING ON SAND....SO I MEAN IT ISNT A GHOST HOVERCRAFT

oh my god! its not a ghost hovercraft. its not even a myth. its just where its spawned in the game. when you get close enough, it spawns. and that position it spawns on is a downhill.
