The crosshairs are really the only difference between each char. That and the color of their bullets.

This is based off the 90's G.I. Joe cartoon, the whole "Got to get tough, Yo Joe!" is from the 90's intro. But both the 80's and 90's cartoon never said why Snake Eyes never spoke
