Today's complaint is shin pain, like the other week. Shin pain tells too much tension on whole body, I think. What shall I do? "From shoulder till foot" is an idea. Usually I call "arm pot", but today, "shoulder pot" is understandable name. That is very difficult position to relax. We must find a new technique. Ankle opposite side is a good position.
Of course, outside of lower leg or thigh is good point too. "Where are the tension lines" is a basic question you must keep in mind.
