  • @ChibiNinjax002 The front flip helps her land correctly when being thrown, and the movements and footwork help strengthen agility and thoughtless motion. To answer your question, it helps a small amount in several areas. Learning the nitty gritty basics is essential, but going above and beyond keeps you honed and ready. Wax on; wax off.
