i am not against every war because there is a time to fight that is right. however, congress is to declare war. it is not the authority of any president. if & when there is a need for war, enough of the people will be in favor of national defense to expect congress to vote to go to war. then & only then is the executive branch to execute & win the war. can't the politicians read the US Constitution?
