The only person who are being confused is you. Thats what you called fusion stupid! A blend of different genre together. Know what you saying before you spill it out. Az doesnt label himself in any particular genre and he's just having fun doing it and doing what he loves. You only know how to player-hate but fail to congratulate... what have u done so far?

Did i mention anything about techniq? Wooo.. 15 years is way too long to be original pal..where did u get that? What r u talking about everybody is using the same techniq. Not everybody my man. Knopfler and Oldfield might be but not Van Halen and BBKing. Yes everything from yur heart is original i agree, but if its garbage..its still garbage man. U wanna sell..then better suits the buyers taste, otherwise keep it to yurself. Originality is yur trademark. Better have one or else be a sessionist.

Thanks Aria......I'm not a guitarist....but from the way I understand it, from ur definition of originality, u can only be original after say more than 15 years of experience in music. But to me anything that is from ur heart, is original. Those that u defined are just techniques. everybody is using the same technique. Its just a mere question of who is doing it more often and more comfortable doing it. (continued) That is ur definition of originality.

Originality is what u really r. Not by playing someone else riff, licks, sound or whatever u wanna call it yur own. That is stealing man. V.Halen is V.Halen, Vai is Vai, Blackmore is Blackmore and Malmsteen is Malmsteen. By closing my eyes i can define each one of em. Well if u want me to buy n appreciate yur music, just make sure its sounds good, make sense and it yurs. It might be a simple melody, style or riff but its yurs. U can read possum150974's comment n define originality yurself.
