6 easy steps for customizing Tamiya TT-01 Drift Spec XB Pro - Nissan Silvia Coppermix
The antenna "holder" is not that hard so in case there is a problem, it can (and should) move away. Cheap, but good solution and works fine ;-)
Hope you enjoyed this video.
(Sorry for the low light condition.)

Would personal spend the money on the steering rack and tie rods to reduce the horrendous slop in the steering in the base d kit. It's worse than the TL-01.

and the lag that you feel is caused by the anti wear grease in it, because i bought these R/C in a kit version.. the anti wear grease will disappear and u must add it again, in kit version you got it..

um, i'm using the ball diff (LSD) and i feel it is more easier n more efficient to drift.. because the locking effect makes both the real wheel locked, but i don't lock my front drive train to make an effect like an FR car.. even real Drift use car use the LSD.. this is just my opinion

ohhh so ur saying it is already a sort of LSD? Well i've locked mine by placing one of the bevel gears in between the other and it drifts very well. The only downfall is a much bigger turning circle, but that doesn't matter coz we're drifting!

so explain to me why i shouldn't lock the diff?
japimportfreak 3 years ago
You don't need to, because locked diffs help you to make it slide easier and these diffs has the lag (as you can see on the video) to act like the locked diffs for the time it slides.
Thank you for writing!
