    Lulu wrote this song and it was sent to Sade. Sade writes all her own songs and said this song was more like Tina Turner's Life and sent the song to her. Tina said when she got the song it was sad and depressing until they put the pop and rock feel to it. The resst is history. Tina had a top 10 worldwide hit and a Grammy Nomination for singing the song and Lulu got a Grammy Nomination for writing the song.

    Awesome, and I hope that bastard Ike Turner is dead, killed. Not deserving of an angel like you! If it wasn't for Tina, that doping asshole who used to pound on her, should have been dealt with accordingly. Buried up to his head with a severe dent. Thanks for such a good memory of this song.
