Casa Sissi, is a superb four bedroom villa which sleeps eight with one twin-bedded room on the ground floor with an en-suite and three double bedrooms on the first floor. Each of the three upstairs bedrooms has its own en-suite and a large sun terrace.
The villa was designed, built and furnished as a second home and has a state of the art heating and ventilating system which keeps the house warm and dry throughout the year. The same system heats the pool to 23 degrees in the Summer.
The ground floor has a large living room with 42 inch flat-screen TV, dining room seating eight and a kitchen with all appliances. Also on the ground floor is a library and snooker room. The villa is a five minute walk from the beach and a ten minute walk to the Praia Del Rey Golf Club House. The villa has no close neighbours and has super views across the golf course to the Atlantic.
