Congrats on a very large project. You've got a lot of great aspects working here to tell your story. Well done! Knowing the dedication it takes to do a project this size I'm sure you will continue to improve your animation skills. Mostly I would suggest looking at live video to get a sense of real human speed so characters don't look slow motion. And when to ease in and out motion so gestures don't look robotic. cheers and Good Luck.
