The Allman Brothers - Night 12 - In Memory of Elizabeth Reed - Beacon 2011w/ Oz Noy on guitar

I shot this from the last row at the Beacon. This rocked so hard the processor in my camera overheated and shut the camera down. It was so hot I seriously was concerned the battery in the camera was going to explode. I had to take it out and it was still heating up for a few minutes before it finally cooled down.

  • Maybe it overheated because you didn't keep the camera still for a single second... the sound isn't bad at all, but the video induces motion sickness...

  • @videotrexx

It's not easy. When you are zoomed in from the last row in the upper balc all movement is going to be magnified as well. If you don't like it you don't have to watch it. You could go to Moogis.com if you want quality.

  • This is terrible! I saw the Allman Brothers in 1967 at the "White Bunny Club" , Ospry, Florida. They were just beginning and they were great! Oz does a fairly good job playing Duanes part, but there will never be an other Duane Allman. My with many other's hearts were broke when he died in the motorcycle accident. For the music genre no one can come close to Duane's articulation on a guitar

  • It's all about the music, and the sound is solid-great job~

  • @Charlie829NYC Actually, I'd say this is a perfect example of how ineffective LCD displays are for some applications with respect to digital cameras and digital video recorders (whatever form); they force the user to hold the camera out in front of themselves, then after some time the weight of the camera, holding your arms out, ends up with unsteadiness; a camera against the eye allows your arms to be up against your body to provide additional support and it's way more comfortable. Sound is VG.

  • @Charlie829NYC Cool vids man. I've been relying on youtube to keep me up to date on the scene in the upper right hand corner. I've seen that a lot of people have been playing that brooklyn bowl. Good work, we gotta keep the fohnky music alive

  • Not working please fix ....

  • It's great they're lettin cats like Oz sit in with them. That man can play some guitar.

  • was there ... thanks for posting this!
