the worst thing about rachel ray and this chick is that they "eye ball it" (i.e., are never specify the amount or quantity of the ingredient they add to the recipe). and for things like olive oil or butter....and a few milliliters off = a few extra 100 calories...and for people looking to lose weight, ingredient measurement matters. and not only that...it obvious affects the overall taste of the dish.
