  • I'm a firm believer that some individuals believe in equal rights for everyone. Even if you can't relate to it personally, you can still stand up for others or a group of people.

  • I completely agree with his take on this. I think he delivered his message in a very respectable and professional manner. Cheers to him!!

  • When we deny people rights because they are different from ourselves in some way, then we in turn will end up denying ourselves future rights. When we ourselves do not speak up when we see an injustice, who will speak up for us when an injustice is done to us. What goes around comes around.

  • News for ya Keithy.

Your over dramatic statement "the ember of love will be extinguished" by the passing of this bill is incorrect.

Love is love, and a piece of paper doesn't tell you that it exists or not. If two people love each other, they aren't going to let that stop them. No matter how many times you say it, this is a political issue. This is a religious issue. This is a legal issue. This is not a love issue.

Good acting though. I was expecting to see some tears.

  • keith please do us all a favor and suck a tailpipe.....

  • you don't have to be GAY to recognize that blatant discrimination is WRONG.

Millions of Americans are simply NOT afforded the same rights that straight people are. The basic rights afforded to a straight couple getting married are too many to list here. It has nothing to do with religion - it has to do with basic civil rights.

as i said, you don't have be GAY to know that people voting 'yes' on proposition 8 is not only foolish, but ignorant.
