@therockergamer1 An interesting question would be, "why are there 'ghetto people' who 'ruin everything'?" I would argue that when a neighborhood and class of people are systematically neglected and abused, it produces a lot of anger - and rightly so. It's perhaps short sighted to be angry at the "ghetto people" themselves, because obviously if any one of us grew up under identical circumstances, we too would be angry. It's not the individual who is at fault, it's a failing of our society.

@samfuller not exactly . Sometimes society accepts its role. Sometimes there are just cynical assholes out there who like to watch others struggle. As for systematically being neglected ....we both can attest to the 90's rap scene as a slip in the wrong direction for poor urban area's through out the country. When pop culture celebrates being a degenerate it hurts us all as a culture. I am am really medicated so maybe this is incoherent rambling...Either way you got smarts you get me.
