But one guy cant gain 100 pounds in 6 months without steroids, thats extremely conceited. @l4nky2 You notice the time difference between these two, arnold did that more than 30 years ago, and its not just according to me, go look it up if you think you're so intelligent. People have evolved physically even in just that time difference of 30-40 years. Take athletes from bakc 40 years ago and compare to now. There really isnt a comparison, athletes now dont rely on steroids as much as they did then.

If anyone is trolling, it must be you. Let's put this in to perspective. Arnold Schwarzenegger gained 25pounds in one year. That was his biggest gain in one year ever. And he even admitted using steroids. Christian bale gained 100pounds in 6months according to you without steroids. You see how this doesnt add up?

@l4nky2 Steroids really arent as common as you think, athletes nowadays are extremely talented and determined individuals, most frown upon it usage. How many athletes in the past 4 years of major sports have been accused of using performance enhancing drugs? Not many.

@l4nky2 Its not impossible, You just dont train and are as conceited as you sound, in the last two months ive gained 12 pounds without a protein rich diet, trust me kid, if you trained daily and as intense as some of these guys out there, you would be amazed. Christian bale gained 100 pounds, in 6 months for his role in batman. And he was 30 when he did that. I'm 18, the technical prime of a human being. I can train harder, and gain weight and strength faster than ppl 20 years my senior.
