1 - write some lyrics. 2 - record vocals over a simple 4 chord loop. 3 - upload to looperman (or a similar website). 4 - when someone wants to use your vocals in a commercial project, ask for 50% of revenue after they recoup what they spend getting the song onto itunes (or a similar website; amazon, etc). Just remember to make sure you're making non-exclusive deals unless you're being paid a lot upfront.
