  • Thanks Steve. I intend to make this jig (have already made your box joint jig - it's great too!). Am not sure if it'll handle large diameter dowel (22mm) - I guess the issue will be tapering the end to get it into the drill's jaws. I saw an interesting extended base plate for a handheld router cutting large tenons on your tablesaw tenon jig video - any chance of more detail on the router base plate?

  • Hi Steve - cool jig. Just a question though, re the block. I assume the 10mm outfeed hole, and the 6mm outfeed hole, should be diagonally opposite each other? I saw you feed the stock for the 6mm dowel, into the 9mm infeed hole from right to left across the router table. In order to feed the 15mm stock right to left, the block must be rotated and as the 15mm hole needs to be on the right... Am I correct?
