The final step of the RIIA (Chatam House- Black Nobility) is removal of Chinese populations (after genocidal karmic compromise) through induced earthquakes as outlined in the mp4 video called USGS and HAARP, demonstrating the tests of the earthquake inducing systems that have already been fully tested for use after the work of the red armies bio genocide is completed.
