Wheelchair user climbs stairs at the beach.

This is at the Marine Preserve of La Jolla. I invented this way of climbing stairs,which relies heavily (pun intended)on "hill holders" in reverse action and of course a seat belt. I climbed stairs like this from '87-'99 with just the seat belt (not recommended without elbow pads and helmet.)
