Sunny Sheu was murdered after reporting death threats from two NYPD detectives on the orders of Supreme Court Judge Joseph Golia.

In this recording NYPD Detective Andrisano of the 109th precinct asserts that according to police records, Sunny Sheu died of a "seizure" with "no head trauma". This is in direct contradiction to the findings of the Medical Examiner who autopsied Mr. Sheu, who determined that he died of a "blow to the head which caused bleeding around the brain".

This false assertion that Sheu died naturally of a seizure means that the case will not be investigated by the police.

Since the prime subject is a powerful Supreme Court Judge, the police making a false report indicates that they are covering up the murder of Mr. Sheu to protect the judge.

It is clear from this recording that Andrisano is not complicit in this scheme. He appears to be a conscientious and helpful police detective that is doing his job well.

Whoever made the report calling Sheu's death a "seizure" is guilty of a betting a murder in the first degree.
