Robert Salas - MUFON-LA (1 of 1)

In 1967, while in command of Minuteman Missiles at Malmstrom AFB, in Montana, Robert Salas experienced an unexplained shutdown of those nuclear weapons. At the same time, a UFO was hovering above the Launch Control Facility.

As a key witness to such a staggering incident, Salas world view was forever changed. Since 1995, he has begun to reveal what he experienced, including the Air Force investigation—and subsequent cover-up. Lending even more credibility to Salas report is his impeccable background: Robert Salas graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy and served on active duty from 1964 until 1971. With Masters degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Education, Salas followed his Air Force service by working as an Aerospace engineer at Martin Marietta and Rockwell International, and as an aircraft certification engineer for the Federal Aviation Administration for 22 years. Currently he teaches mathematics at a Ventura high school.

Salas talk will detail the events leading up to this particular incident, the incident itself and the subsequent investigation and cover-up. Surprisingly, this was not the only time such a dangerous UFO appearance occurred in relation to nuclear installations, and Salas will examine these events, as well as their implications. Salas intriguing Powerpoint presentation is made all the more significant because it is well-documented and supported by multiple sources.

Together with investigator James Klotz, Salas recently authored the book Faded Giant about UFOs over nuclear facilities, currently available at Amazon.com or Booksurge.com. He has also contributed to many magazine articles, and Salas own story has been documented in Linda Moulton Howes book, Glimpses of Other Realities. Salas has been a featured guest on the Art Bell Show, Sightings, the UFO special "Out of the Blue", and the History Channel specials on UFOs.

well, im not really interested in it, the military has them, we dont have the ufo discs. i dont have any on me. the military has them concealed

Well, hypnotherapy has been proven to be full of crap, so I hope he didnt base much of his information from that procedure, but this was interesting, thanks for the upload.

this is a great presenter; my question is why did he retire at the low rank of Captain from the USAF?  He is obviously brilliant.
