@IgorShkarin You need the command 'cd' to change the directory.
$ cd /Applications/Skype.app/Contents/MacOS
Try using the tab key when you start typing the directory names. it auto-completes the long words based on what is obvious from what you type.
cd /App[tab] fills in /Applications. Do that at every level after the slash.
