S510, law will start out like many others slow and easy. Remember the seatbelt law at first cops couldn't pull you over for it. Now they hold rountine road blocks to ticket and fine people. The passage of this bill will be an excuse for cops to enter any yard or home that grows a pot of tomatos. Check out our YT channel named Biospharms. Several videos there will interest you.
