i keep watching this video for some reason but im getting mine march 22 like i already said people say it hurts but its different for everyone it shouldnt be to bad and sometimes people get braces because of their overbite which effects the teeth thats what my orthidontics said.

@dayleeshay- Yes, everyone has to get a retainer after braces. You need a retainer because it helps your teeth stay in place so they dont go back to how they originally were before you got braces. However, a retainer is much more comfortable then braces and theres no pain at all. you may only need to wear it for a couple months then ur teeth are perfect! :) -3
