First time ever released animation tests for a cancelled movie, "Dolphin." Many tests were created to try to create the underwater world of "Dolphin." The film has been put on the shelf since 2004, because of animation technology. The director hopes one day they will be able to create the film in full CGI.

Your sunset water (like at 57 seconds) is not well done. It looks like you cut the water into strips and had them move in opposite directions. Flat water like that doesn't move in opposite directions, it ripples constantly in one direction. Try looking at some shots of real water.

pretty sure this is just a test by a 18 year old who was just playing around with photo editing software.
