Dude,

don't think about it too much or you're gonna psych yourself out.

Just get the board on the coping in a good position with your feet and put your weight forward then drop down with your front foot.

The most important thing is to put your whole body weight forward or else your board is gonna shoot out in front of you and you're gonna land on your ass.

Remember you're not gonna get it on the first try. It took me a year before I got the guts to drop in on a bowl and I fell. but keep going.

i remember tyring to go down a ramp on my skateboard .. (me beginier) ITs was so scary then one day i diecied i will go down... -goes down ramp- falls down.... Some on show me how to go down a ramp so i can empress my friend because she dosent no how to go down a ramp ether! she also fall down
