Nice start on your layout. Few suggestions from an "old timer" in model RRing, I've used Labelle 101 for years and it is MUCH BETTER than trans-fluid! Try t. The side where the CSX locos are sitting - aches for a TOFC/COFC yard! Forget building the center island yard = Go with off layout staging, much better; suggest building an industrial area in the center. Looks like you have plenty of passing sidings for operation of a couple locals. Think about it. :)

Very cool- trannie fluid for track cleaning-- who'd a thunk it? Very nice layout. Have you thought about Homasote rather than cork for the yard? Check out mine. This is my retirement
