@XXThePointlessOneXX haha, well she isn't as great because of the nerf placed....
Unfortunately the mana control on her E is completely useless now because it doesn't double on self cast. Unfortunately I rarely play Soraka now because of the huge nerf they implemented.

@Purpl3Phobia Heh, I don't even play Soraka since the nerf occurred a long time ago. Sorry about the late reply as I've been inactive for quite some time due to dysfunctional software and new work opportunities I've taken.
