This is lovely and makes me feel good in my body..which is the first and foremost barometer I know. I read all the comments and end up laughing..which also makes me feel good. I listened to this because I thought it would help me get to sleep and like 2 minutes in I had my eyes closed and I felt all this depth and sort of started dreaming and I had an out-of-body experience. It was awesome. I got out of bed and walked down the street and it felt real, in my mind.
