She's a very accomplished artist who specializes in Southern Naive and Primative painting. Sue Gill Rose. Google her website. Has an MFA and she knows exactly what she's doing.

I love how people are trying to be mean 8D She's lovely and the picture is actually really beautiful even if its not super amazingly "detailed", a -cough- "full pledged artists" -cough- should know that art doesnt come out of simply one style. (refering to some comments i saw)
