Chris, I have a question. I am trying to do proper exercises in order to basically look like Jessica Simpson did in The Dukes of Hazzard mainly focusing on my stomach, triceps, and the upper thigh. What would you recommend?

Prob means to extend one leg between each squat. There's plenty of variations you can do with a squat, good luck!

You're probably leaning back a little too much if you're losing your balance easily. Keep practicing proper form and your balance will improve, good luck!
