There's tons of supersets, but basically it's just rushing the things up, don't rest in between sets.

I may just be nitpicking but that's a french press, not a curl.

You do a single set for two or more exercises. For example you do 8 reps of tricep curl with your lower arm axis parallel to your body followed by 6 reps with lower arm perpendicular. Works better with different variants of same exercise rather than radically different exercises. Another example would be 10 reps of diamond push ups followed by 10 reps of wide grip push ups without any pasue between the two variants.
