They do not need Facebook or any other social gathering place to follow you.
They have satellite camera`s that can read a matchbook in the gutter with.
So, If they think that you should be scrutinised for one reason or another, all they need do is train the camera on your front door and watch every step you make as you exit
I can tell you this because i am being watched / followed here in the u k. and all because they think i have not payed my National Insurancel.I have, no good telling them

Facebook is the tip of the iceburg. The government uses flourescent bulbs (the ones you put in your home to save electricity) to spy on you. They put cameras in the bulb and wireless electronics in the base. Very good view of everything you do. Also, Walmart is far worse than Facebook. They allow the government to bug the devices before you purchase them.
