How to make 24 Clock

1.) Open your video making program (Nero Vision, Windows Movie Maker, etc.)

2.) Make texts each lasting 1 exact second it must start out with and odd number, make sure its the LCD font, with a orange/yellow color. Example 7:59:57

3.) Produce the video

3.) Get the clock noise, from anywhere!

4.) Sync it with the video overlay
